It is possible to use Rybka with Chessbase 8. I don't find the helpfile in_chessbase8.htm on my DVD. I bought Ryka 2.2 and chessopenings 2006.

You can use Rybka in Chessbase 8, but there might be a significant slowdown (I've never tested this and nobody has reported anything less vague than "it's about 30% slower"). Here are the instructions in French. AFAIK nobody has translated them.

It's better to use PolyGlot than the uci2wb adapter.
