I purchased Rybka 2.2 and chess openings 2006 from convecta and I have a few questions.
1 Is chess openings 2006 by convekta better than the one that the rybka company provides?
2 How do i get chess openings 2006 to run in fritz and arena?
3 If I bought the 6 piece nalimov tablebases then do I need the 3-4-5 (I am not sure if it is every 6)

@3: Yes. Read more about it here: http://kd.lab.nig.ac.jp/chess/tablebases-online/ .
If you have a fast internet connection you can also download the 6-men egtbs (see the link)

I don't know how to use emule? Is that the only way?
How do I use emule if there is no other way?
I think I got some of it to work, but it says waiting in the transfer, download tab???
If you need only 3-4-5 TBs, you can download them from many ftp sites (for free). For instance here
ftp://ftp.cis.uab.edu/pub/hyatt/TB/3-4-5/
If you also want 6 men TBs, you can get them for free by using emule, as explained here
http://kd.lab.nig.ac.jp/chess/tablebases-online/
Note that both the 6 men TBs you buy and the ones you find on emule are incomplete, since the TBs 5 vs 1 are missing. Anyway, this is really a minor issue (if your engine cannot win 5 vs 1, then 6 men TBs are not the problem).

The "openings 2006" is a GUI for Rybka. There is a bunch of information you can get from Convekta (or find on the internet) about how to use it.
You can also find on that CD a UCI version of Rybka. (called Rybka*.exe) This can be installed in other UCI-compliant GUIs like Fritz and Arena.
