Well, now best position for the bishop would require serious analysis here, basically four spots to decide from...
ICCF guys would run IA or their Aquarium-boxes maybe several days here, from just my manual approach plus
experience i see/imagine Be2|Bb3>Bd3>Bf1, but i'm not sure whether Bb3 might be just better than the chosen...

Bf1 is a bit problematical the way I see it. I play at ICCF but dont have Aquarium - dont see the point really as for me the object of the exercise is to stretch my brain before I become 'demented' and not put software or hardware through its paces. I played against one of the guys who uses Aquarium and the best he could do was DRAW against me with all that gigabytes of 'research'.

Yes, my only motivation playing corr-chess (besides bending Uly over another time) still is the pleasure going through all the lines and come to a conclusion - with the risk i might oversee/underestimate some resources i didn't follow deep/long enough but would be found by IA/Aquarium in longer runs.

Here i also wasn't 100%ly sure as Qd2 obviously looks "more natural"...

I am pretty content with allowing Fritz GUI or command line to go crazy on a position I dont understand the plan of, for a few hours or overnight but Aquarium would be for me 'information overload' - heh - I very much doubt I could even pluck a line I would want to play from all the lines displayed.
