I don't know if Shahar ("Highendman") is still around here, but I certainly recognize this, as having been part of the black side team in this game.  In fact, as soon as I saw your post, I figured that you were posting about this position.   Shahar showed some extensive analysis of this, and seems fairly convinced that white was already winning some moves earlier.  I remember at the time that I had been extremely critical of a rook move that we made (19...Rae8?), and Shahar seemed to agree--I think it is still a long while before computers will see that black is bad after this, and even good interactive analysis will have trouble for some time to come.

Funny you would know that I would post this before even looking at it. "scarry" :)  but not totally surprised.  But his analysis was not totally perfect! I found a way years ago to stop white from playing d5.  Instead of playing Be8 which looses.  black should play b5! and now d5 looses for white.  :)  so the line would like this.  26. ... b5!  27. cxb  Be8. 28. Bxg4.   White holds and edge still but im not so sure if white will win.   Enjoy :)

Most version of stock cant find d5.  There was the 11/11/2013 version that did there was one other version of stockfish in early part of 2014 was also able to find d5 but took a lot longer I think it was 5 hours but cant remember.  Ive tested many versions most fail.  but your going to love this.  The latest version of stockfish with the setting of split depth 5 setting.  Amazing!!!  here is my screen shot!
