What is her ELO rating playing at a tournament setting of 3 min/move, and analyzing during her opponent's 3 min? Set on "human."

Well, it really depends on the circumstances such as: On what hardware? Which opening book Rybka is using? etc

Her book, no Aquarium. Running on Dell's best 32 bit, 2.8ghz, 4gb ram. Has this not been tested?

Damn, no one here can even venture a guess on her ELO?

maybe 3100. It's difficult to give any estimation for the "real" Elo strength.

I'd say a 'normal' 2850 (in human terms) which is ~150 above the best GMs, and to inflate her ELO for not really making obvious mistakes (or nearly as much) as humans do, this accounts for another 50 ELO, so I'd say 2900+, but not above 2950 ELO.  Just think about if we had 2900 human players how great their chess would be :/

The best GMs are more like 2800:

Elo estimations should refer to the required percentages to achieve a certain Ele performance. E.g. +200 requires ~76%.

Ok, I guess I should also ask, in which mode would or should she play the strongest or to the highest ELO rating? Human, Dynamic, 32-bit?
