Can there be a match against Rybka where the human player gets 1 pawn extra for example ?

Do you mean a nineth pawn, instead of removing one from Rybka? If so, this is not supported by current chess software, as the position would be illegal, and anyway chessplayers would really hate this. At least when we remove a pawn, the position is a legal one, even if it could only arise by silly play.

What about an extra Pawn to drop on the board at any time (In any file between 2 and 7) during the game?

It would be a serious handicap, since either Rybka may get mated by a Pawn drop, or she would lose a lot of resources figuring out such an event (We are adding 32 more possible moves [...] for the opponent, so maybe the solution would be to never drop the pawn and just let Rybka be "paranoid" of it).

(Note that I would like to see such a handicap once we've tried all the other ones suggested ;) ).

Then we're not playing chess, but "Crazyhouse" Chess. This would require writing a new program. If you want to make serious suggestions, please limit them to ones that do not require changing the rules of the game or setting up illegal positions; the program can't do that as it is now written and there is no incentive to rewrite it for something like this.

How about an extra king? :-)

It's called Ambi-Chess:

Though I'm sure there are other variants with two kings, I'm also sure Larry doesn't want to hear anything about chess variants :)

Now, the handicap about dropping another King on the chess board when yours gets checkmated sounds cool ;)
