You need to copy the Rybka exe files manually, to a directory of your choice on your harddisk, where you want to keep them. You can do this in Windows Explorer (not in Internet Explorer but with the program you look into CDs, handle files with, etc.). There is no other specific installation process required for that, basically.

Then, in Fritz, you choose Engine/Create UCI Engine... from the menu, etc. - You should also copy the opening book to harddisk if you want to use it in Fritz, which are three files: RybkaII.ctg/ctb/cto.

P.S. See if you have the latest version which is 2.3.2a. If not, send an email to the ChessOK support to get the latest version(s) for download. I am not sure if they are zipped, but after unzipping (if required), the procedure is the same.
