I'm a customer of the first Rybka product.  I recall that I bought Rybka shortly after the web site was set up that allowed you to purchase Rybka 1.01b (whatever).  I'm now also a new customer now.  I just bought the 2.x.x products, the Multi Processor version.

As I have written, the Rybka 1.2f was so good that I felt that I probably didn't need the newer version.  My curiosity reached a threshold point.  I'm glad I purchased the 2.x MP series.  You sure do get quite a few binaries from this purchase.

Excellent!

Yes you do. The two that won't crash are 2.2n2 and 2.3.2a. :)

Yes, I've been getting Winfinder crashes very often, so much that I cannot make a tournament with this engine, I hope a Rybka 3 personality gives something like this without the crashes.

I have the single cpu WinFinder 2.2, and it never crashed, yet. I run it in Win98SE with AthlonXP cpu, and in Vista 32 with Pentium D. Although, I didn't run it for hours in a long tournament, so I'm not sure.

So, maybe WinFinder 2.2 has some incompatibility with my setup :(, strange, as all the other versions of Rybka run just fine.

Same here, running on an Athlon 3000+ with Windows XP x64.
