Sorry for the many questions.
I bought a new computer.
AMD Ryzen 6 cores 16 GB RAM.
At Arena I have the following problem.
In the photo I put I have put in Stockfish 2048 MB Hash and in Komodo 1024.
During the game the Hash size increases too much
resulting in perhaps a reduction in the power of computers and engines.
What should I do;
Thank you in advance.

Not "too much", your photo https://imgur.com/dCccA1k
shows "661 MB" because they:
-Start 0 MB --time until-- Maximum 2048 MB or 1024, your settings.
Hash gets 'full' and engines do not use more than your settings.

Komodo also has "Table Memory" setting which adds to MB as in your photo,
other engines sometimes have some sort of minimum,
these can add some but not enough for any problem:
-Start 0 MB + (Table/other) --time-- until Maximum=your setting + (Table/other).

You Hash's + Table total settings, both in a game or all in analysis/in-use, should never be too much 8, 10 (12?-I have never tried above 1/2 my 32 so far) GB total to leave room for Windows/Linux, the engines themselves (~1 GB or so each), Arena (a little), any other programs you might have open (though most people close everything else).
'Task Manager' in Windows, 'System Monitor' for Linux, will show you total RAM, stay much under 16 GB total there too.
I check that during a game sometimes, usually waiting until its an obvious draw or win/loss.
(Syzygy uses some RAM -does not show anywhere, normal background OS file handling-, normally never a problem.)

Okay, everything is not all in one place on the web, that I know of.

Pictures, my Linux Arena show Hash % to the right -> , 0% to 100% of my setting (then no more) :
