Hello!

I wanted to install a remote engine from a windows pc to my other windows pc with fritz gui. Does anyone can help me how to do it?  I'm not good at networking but I can follow instructions.

Thanks!

Take a look here for one option Fritz 13 to current version http://www.engine-cloud.com/

Thanks Cumnor but this probably requires a playchess account.  I'd prefer a free way to do this.

I found this site https://tomthorp.me/blog/using-ssh-dedicate-full-processing-power-your-uci-chess-engine , and this guide by Jesse Gersenson https://komodochess.com/remote-engine.htm (option 1), which connects a windows pc to a remote engine on a linux server and is very similar to what I wanted.

But can anyone convert this into windows-to-windows connection?

Thanks!

How about this one, download the RTHomeServer and the RTUciClient. It works for windows to windows http://komodochess.com/remote-engine.htm

You do not need Aquarium on any computer where engine is you install RTHomeServer and configure the ini file with notepad and RTUciClient you install on the computer with GUI and configure the ini file with notepad and load RTUciClient exe as you would with an engine into Fritz,
