I use several engines in Aquarium 2018. Until a week ago I had no problems. Now some engines will show the tree analysis (Widebook) only to a depth of 10 moves. However, the analysis will continue as normal and I can still update the notation to whatever depth I want. This happened some time ago, only when running Houdini 6 - other engines were ok. Then for apparently no reason, Houdini started to work correctly. This week, both Houdini and Stockfish fail.

I've tried deleting the aqt files, but they recompile automatically without fixing the problem. I've run a "Check tree" from Tree Utilities - no negative results.

Can you help please?

There is an option somewhere to show long analysis lines that you may have accidentally deselected.
Look in the options for IDEA and Infinite Analysis.

Problem solved - seems to be instances of game duplication in one database. I erased all aqt and data engine data files - of course losing existing analysis - but all then ok. Porobably caused by having a workflow including use of chessbase as a main database and also uploadinglive games from ICCF server withoiut deleting old analyses. Must try to get a better workflow.
