Let's play here in this thread. Looks like I started my thread at about the same time as you started this one. Don't need both of them.

I have played 6. h3 here, after avoiding an early Be2, but because we are playing Mar Del Plata I will go with Be2 here.

Ed vs. Om in KIDs-MdP - α Scorpii will follow with interest.

Hmmmm... must've been up too late last night. You mean g5 right??
Sorry. Typo. yes I edited. It was late lol...
What?!, 12:56 o'clock (~1 hour after noon) is already late in India?

Yes, we are all very curious. I think we will find out soon...
White can still deviate first
Ne1 become more and more popular main move ...
Thanks for pointing that out, i thought this would be absolutely against the chess-rules! - improving over one's own winning game
So far, I can find little to improve on the White side. As for Black, so far there is not much in it either. 7. ... Nc6 is the only move I would change, but then it wouldn't be the MdP variation. So not much point to that either.

It seems you're still researching alternatives for your 14th move...

Yes, and be sure that an Om Prakash doesn't chicken out... at least not in the opening!
When he asked me for a KID-game, i also considered MdP - a funny double-edged game is guaranteed!
With my ad&scriptblocked-browser i just see a big darkgrey screen... can you kindly insert your line/game here for us to see?
I want to. lemme know. When to start.
Oh, hey, if you don't have trouble being up against both Om and me, I'm up as well.
Hahahaha! Yes, always researching. Actually I am set on my 14th move already, but I am researching Black's possible replies. The true secret to being good at Chess (or anything like it) is to always be working out things ahead of time. Kind of like a lawyer, never ask a question in court unless YOU KNOW THE ANSWER!!! I find Chess works the same way, never make a move unless you know the reply that the opponent will make, always work ahead -- even computers can think on the opponents time (if you let them)!
Anyhow, I am ready to move now.
True words (i reached move 62 while analyzing my move 20
The correct method of playing chess.

Really the only reasonable move for White, in this position...
The best, in my opinion. A close runner up is 14...h5
White's next move is still up in the air (haven't decided yet)... I have tried several different moves here. I will probably take a few days to work things out a bit more.
After several days of analysis, a4 still looks best, but weaker than I had thought.
