Side to move is not clear, so either this:

or this:

Capablanca-Marshall, it is white to move: Capa played Qf3! here and won.

over the last days it seems Assange is close to gettign his freedom. and he likes coded tweets.

Marshall represents USA - Hillary/Deep State?
Capablanca presumably represents South America (inc Ecuador)? Assange wikileaks generally popular in SA because of exposures of USA meddling etc.

Does this particular game  have any sp├ęcial place in history? anyone have the moves?

Marshall (USA-Hillary) plans revenge against Capablanca  (Assange Wikileaks) secretly over seven years (the Grand Jury), sacrificing heavily to get the win over Capablanca, but the genius Capablanca outplays and outthinks Marshall and in the end wins, Marshall's self sacrifice not having paid off.

This is from Capablanca-Marshall, the first game with the Ruy Lopez Marshall gambit.

ah, reading around, Marshall had this line seven years (same time Assange has been unlawfully detained (UN ruling) in the Ecuador embassy)  in the planning.

Capablanca refuted the seven years of (secret?) planning over the board.

So Capablanca is Assange in his new citizen of Ecuador role, and Marshall is USA deep state. Assange is cryptically announcing a win.
