Hi all,

All the 40 testsets I made in the period 1998-2017 are now available for download from Ed Schröders website:

http://rebel13.nl/download/noomen.html

You can replay all the games in the sets using the PGN viewer:

http://rebel13.nl/auto/dgt_chesstheatre.htm

Many thanks to Ed for offering this service!

Enjoy testing :-).

Most are explained here under the section on EPD: https://www.chessclub.com/user/help/PGN-spec

acd = analysis computed depth (in plies)
acs = analysis computed seconds
bm = best move
ce = centipawn evaluation (estimate of the score of the position for the side to move in hundredths of a pawn)
c3 = c3 is the third comment field.  In my database, I usually use this field to store a position which someone has suggested as optimal (e.g. bm in a test set or move played by some expert like Fischer)
cce = computed centipawn evaluation.  This is the centipawn evaluation directly calculated from the wins, losses, and draws for the position from actual games played between high end opponents.
pm = predicted move {I use this field in a non-standard way, if high level games show the move played, I include the move as a pm move and I also give the number of times in curly braces.  The standard says it is the first move of the pv (which makes it silly and redundant, IMO.  I like the way I use it better)
pv = predicted variation.  This is the projected plan of the move sequence from the given position forward.
