9000+ lines with a depth of 24 ply (12 moves each side) derived from drawn games involving players rated 2500+ from ICCF games in the period from 2004 to the present.

I thought the ICCF database was now private and available to members only from their own website?

Updated and refined, with all bad lines and lines that lead to forced draws removed.
Elo classifications also added.
Thanks to Dann Corbit with help from Norm Pollock's pgn utility file.

To extract his book file, you will need 7-zip:
http://www.7-zip.org/download.html

I don't think his book is in CTG format.
Likely there is a PGN version of it somewhere, which can be imported into ChessBase to make a CTG book

The format of the book in his archive is cgb format.
These books are used for the Chess Gui by Matthias Gemuh.

Chessbase can use pgn as a database as well.

I would think that you could open the pgn file in a Chessbase program and create a book using the normal opening book creation procedures.

Summary:
Create an empty ctg file in the database form.
Drag and drop the PGN file to the empty ctg file.
