Absolutely unbelievable: Komodo failed to win against Maverick in WCSC round 5. Just another shaky opening with a quick queens exchange and white was simply better after 20 moves. Very disappointing performance.

Komodo's performance only translates to: a very bad opening book, and also that anything can happen in so few games. Statistical noise.

Komodo can't do miracles with a book like that. In a short tournament, these faults are paid dearly.

most religions and spiritual movements have some sort of equivalent; as does the non-religious moral philosophy of "you reap what you sow".

Hyatt's problem is, I imagine, not with the Karma concept, but the idea that he, or the other witchhunters, should feel guilty. But he would say that, wouldn't he?
