The rules there for WC are ridiculous. It's not like he had to start at the same level as everybody else, he gets seeded and wins a lot of the matches with 12 draws, it's draw odds and the challenger has to take

all the chances.

The rules of the WC FICGS remember the rules of the world championship in the board game chess. The current champion played the final with the candidate was required to pass the qualifying session.
It was the system of FIDE. FIDE has set up a system in which the current world champion defends his title with the candidate chosen through a rigorous qualification system. This system has lasted for many years and therefore can be good also for FICGS

Now that he collected many FICGS WC titles, it's high time to change the rules now.

It is not Eros change the rules. He adapts to the rules that make other people. If FICGS changes the rules, Eros will follow the new rules.

Make all players start from scratch and you'll most probably have a different champion. This is also same for iccf, if they reset the elo and let everyone play from scratch and we'll have new IM and GM and some GMs of the past might not even have a title. Thing is, it takes less skill to hold against your "top player" nowadays and it is very easy to play safe and draw.
