Which one is it?

Perhaps! First one would have to determine the criteria ( of mood?)
and from there make a determination in agreement...

IPON attempts to give the impression of being mood-less and -non conspic-uous(carry the "sssss") in their  moodiness!

CCRL tries to be all things to all people in - multi-coloring a phantasmagoria of old and new medley's -how quaint! Oh! What dreams are made of!

CETG Are they even sure?

SSDF The old school! Where there are no windows and no one is allowed to raise his or her voice above the decibels of a foot fall.

The content is more important than how it looks.

I don't think the IPON is reliable, without the games nobody can check if there was a mistake in the setup or if one engine is being handicapped somehow. The wrong engine could have been loaded to the GUI and nobody could tell, etc.

I didn't say it was reliable.

Don't be shallow in your interpretation of what I write. It is anything but literal -you should be able to see that! eh?!

I didn't say you said it was reliable.

I should clarify: by saying what I said, I meant to tell ppipper that all those ratings lists are reliable, you can only get better results (and reliability) by having more games in there, but in general, the engine positioning and elo difference should be reliable in all those lists, with the exception of the IPON (which may as well be, but we can't check.)

You have to agree with the criteria and go from there. That is the bottom line.
