I loaded tree engine at infinite analyse as kibitzer and at 2 line, deep fritz 12, deep rybka 4.1 and houdini 2c.
I opened the task manager, I saw houdini was using 60-70% of cpu, fritz 20-30% and rybka less than 10%.
Why is that?

What, at the same time? They all try to grab all the CPU time they can, it's all about how rude they're willing to be with other CPU-intensive programs around.
You mean they can affect other programs?
Any way your answer was not convincer.

Houdini uses one process (with as many threads as necessary) with Normal priority. Rybka uses multiple single-thread processes, one at Normal priority, the rest at Below Normal (by default). If you run both at the same time without limiting the number of cores they're allowed to use, Houdini's Normal will dominate Rybka's Below Normal processes, leaving Rybka with 1 core plus scraps, and she has to fight for that one core as well.
I don't have Fritz so I don't know why it gets 20-30% instead of much less or much more.

My question is why houdini can dominate rybka. (and rybka is normal priority)
Try using Zappa Mexico II instead of Rybka, it'll probably use 1% of the CPU or less so it lets more resources to Fritz and Houdini. Then you can switch Houdini to Low Priority so Houdini is allowed to reign.
Houdini 1.5a and even Fritz 10 heats up my Q6600 @ 32 bit more intense than Rybka.
I think it depends on programming code, not just priority. Houdini's so intense, that even freezes the screen as if it was using GPU CUDA.

Disable overclocking to have a cool cpu.
It didn't OCed. Even 2 MHz slower than stock (MB settings vary from one manyfacturer to another).
But when do, Houdini may crach my system in a matter in minutes even if CPU's cool.

Do you have blue screen and it only happen by houdini?
No, it's like hardware failure, cold hang up. And yes, basically, with other engines I can expect at least week of play when OCed.
Stockfish is like houdini, uses full cpu. Is the the same with stockfish?
And do the below:
Test it with restoring cpu settings to default, and another time change your OS with formatting the drive, and tell me the result.
