I've just been trying to run the set-up process for Aquarium and came to an early roadblock, that of entering my product serial number.  This area lies below the computer 'name' which was automatically there highlighted in blue and accurate.  Under it is 'organization' where 'Microsoft' listed.  Then comes the Serial Number.  I first typed a number from the top of my tower which I thought may be the number, however clicking 'Next' did nothing, and it wasn't highlighted.  I called tech support Dell and they said such should be done Administratively.  Therefore I backed off and am asking should I wait until I can enlist professional assistance to complete this?(I would anticipate further complications in setting up the Houdini Opening book and placing inside Aquarium.  Thanks.

The serial number should have been sent to you by email if you purchased online as a download, or should have been sent with the CD if you purchased it on CD.  It is the serial number for the software.

Hi Mattchess,

The set-up says it will install Aq in following folder- D:\Aquarium2011.  Upon clicking 'next' a window pops up saying Setup requires at least 165,879 KB of free space but has only 0 KB available.  In choosing to continue on anyway the 'ready to install' phase produced an error message saying 'setup was unable to create the directory D:\Aquarium2011.  Error 5:  access denied.  (Am working with brand new quad core computer which should have plenty of space.  Otherwise I don't understand.)

Probably need to install as "administrator".

Try C:\Aquarium2011. It sounds like the D: drive is your DVD drive.
