System: Aquarium 5.1.0 build 490, Windows Vista X64

Setup: Idea is running a project with two engines (1 local, 1 remote)

After marking two moves green in the tree window, sometimes you do not see the move marked "Good" in the right click menu for that move in the tree. Other times if you right click on the move, you see the check mark next to "Good Move". See the two screen shots. I only discovered this because I wanted to "uncheck" one of the moves and I did not see the check although the move was still marked green in both the tree and notation windows.

That's a tough one.  I can't get it to do it on my Vista system.

Reproduced although I'm not sure if it depends on where you click in the move cell or something else. If you click again it usually shows up, so that's the workaround for the time being

I don't think it depends on where you click in the move cell. Keep you mouse steady and just right click repeatedly and you will see it happen, then repeat in another area of the cell.
Note: my CPU utilization is 80%-90% while IDeA is running on this project. In my case, you may have to click on it several times before you see the checkmark.

I wonder if it is some type of multithreaded data synchronization issue where the menu thread is reading the tree node info at the moment that IDeA is updating it (writing tree or minimaxing).

That's possible. In any case, I will report this issue.
