Currently TheHug, Jimmy Huggins, owes the Rybka Forum team 300 GBP. Until at least half of that amount has been paid (150 GBP) and a re-payment schedule for the balance has been agreed to between Rybka Forum team and Jimmy Huggins, Jimmy Huggins is banned from all parts of Rybka Forum, including posting privileges.
The ban will be re-voked when the above has been done and agreed to. If the agreement is broken in the future, then the ban will be put back in place until a new agreement has been reached. If there are three failures in total to re-pay the money, then the ban will become permanent.
This now constitutes failure number 1, so Jimmy Huggins has two more.
