Well no, not really, but i guess you're just chaffing me a little ;-)... Are there any alternatives to 9....Qa3? You&White dictated to play for the poisoned pawn, my moves are nearly almost forced at all and out of a small book/engine-channel to hold roughly the balance... Indeed that's -with the one vs. Jimmy- my first attempt to play the Sicilian defence here in Correspondence Chess... so i expect you to beat me and teach me valuable lessons - so i can improve my future play!!! :-)

I thought when you are training for those body reducing grinds that you where supposed to eat lots of carbs, energy, etc. etc. and so forth so you maintain your energy????

"I thought when you are training for those body reducing grinds that you where supposed to eat lots of carbs, energy, etc. etc. and so forth so you maintain your energy????"

Oh, i was just pointing out what i'm prefering to drink over beer... but yes, i drink(&eat) a lot of isotonic energy for good rehydration / recovery and to strengthen the muscles, especially before and while i'm running... the point is just -as i was told and what i called "low curb"- to consume a lot of the "good" carbohydrates (dextrin, maltodextrin, ...), a balanced protein-mix (with a high share of BCAA's, glutamine, ...) and unsaturated fatty acids and not so much of the "bad" carbohydrates, an unbalanced protein-mix or too many saturated fatty acids.
