Does any engine evaluate the above position as a draw?

I tried Rybka 4.1, the latest Stockfish, Komodo and Critter for 2 min on my laptop and they all failed to give 0.00 score.

Interesting. You reminded me that I got Shredder 4 classic together with CT-magazine last year. The engine gets it also quite fast. Maybe Shredder has built in some special code for this type of positions?

Yes, that's why when you posted the position, I went directly to check with Shredder. I haven't yet seen such a trivial draw to be missed by Shredder, and as a corollary I'd say that if Shredder doesn't see a draw in such fortresses, it's because there's not one.
