Can a Laptop with AMD X2 64 bit (1.6 GHz) and Windows XP 64 bit OS (2GB RAM), dual core based lap-top be performance clustered with an Intel PIV, single core, 2.26 GHz, 32 bit processor based Desk top with Windows XP-32 bit OS. If yes, How to do it. What will be the performance improvement.

Not with current Rybka, no. You can only use a single machine, no clustering.
