I haven't made a decision as to when I will start a new thread and present these games. I've aquired a twitch from the last fiosco
If you wouldn't post, the GUI bug wouldn't be spotted :)
Keep them coming, there are many people who are interested in the games and outcome both forum regulars and lurkers like me :)

Judging from the looks of it- R4's bug-fix is in the offing- there is really no sense in continuing on with further testing of R4. Better to save that for the bug-fixed version.
Hi Robert,
I have run DR4 with both the F11 and F12 GUI with no problems .... I have encountered the odd problem when running engine matches and have LP enabled for Rybka though .... My guess\bet would be a memory issue in some way maybe even concerning HASH if it happens during engine matches .... Is there any difference if a match is run with ponder on but each engine only using 2 cores (I think ur on a quad?) instead of ponder off and each engine getting all 4 cores
Regards

HiTony,
I think it may have had something to do with the install. I cleaned out everything related to Chessbase and did a clean install just before the announcement by Lukas that R4.1 was to enter a beta testing stag. I have a feeling it was due to previously installed Fritz UCI's. I just didn't want to get wrapped up in a long time controlled game with an engine that was to be replaced with a bug fix.
If Aquarium isn't ready by the time R4.1 is released I'll run Chessbase's Deep Rybka 4 . I have other things I want to catch up on before I give it a test run. But, honestly, I'd rather place my focus on Aqarium if the Developers present anther build soon.
I've never us ponder on.
Best Regards
