yes, one can easily see that in the games, it seems to be similar to the Rybka 4 book

I would say yes - it contains much more lines (covers side lines) and more moves interesting for a chess player, like alternatives marked blue and so on. It also recommends a bit more practical lines like after 1.d4 f5 2.Bg5 - a move I also play and which is quite an easy way to counter the dutch.

ah, just to add that this is for the Aquarium version of the book, don't know if the chessbase version has "blue" moves, also the Aquarium version has more information afaik.
