GUI should have the ability to learn not just from win and loss but also from game evaluations. It should have the ability to add new promising lines via automatic engine analysis. Inter-convertability with ctg files and ability to learn from cbv and cbh files.

This would need to be very advanced or else it would be very dangerous.  One of my favorite ways to add new lines to my book is to look at games in which the evaluation "out of book" is bad, but then turns good a bit later on.  For example, this is the case for the white side in most lines in the Poisoned Pawn Sicilian (or, at least, it WAS the case before the vast discussions we had about this over a month ago).
