I am not having any success at all contacting Rybka by any means available, just this forum.  Maybe everything is easy and simple to everyone else but I can't get a reply to the simplest questions.

I have sent numerous e-mail requests to chessok.com and chessassistant.com and never get a reply.  On another forum question I got a personal reply from the Man himself to download something by contacting chessok.com and that still got me nowhere.  I just can't seem to make contact with any other part of this company other than this board.

I "registered" during my installation but never got an acknowledgement or anything.  It just seems that this company does not even exist.  All I can try is writing a letter to their address in New York.
