From the gradings online Junior is getting trounced but:
- the new version may be quite a bit stronger
- they will rpobably have a hardware advantage in the upcoming match with Rybka

From the CEGT testers, in a 50-game match between the two on equal hardware (both dual-core machines) at a time control of 40 moves in 2 hours repeated, Rybka 2.3 beat Deep Junior 10 with a score of +31 -7 =12, or 74%.  Note that while the next Junior version might be much stronger, version 2.3.2a is already much stronger, and the Junior team will probably be playing against Rybka 3.0.  Furthermore, in addition to being much stronger than any other chess engine, Rybka has been improving at a faster rate than any other chess engine.  The only real worry is that Junior might be able to scale fairly well onto 128-CPU computers--but by the time of Rybka 3.0, it might be that Rybka will be able to do the same.

Edit: another result is the CCRL rating list, with the two engines matched on quad-core computer: Rybka 2.2 beats Deep Junior 10, each on 4 CPU, with score of +23 -2 =6.

In CCRL 40/40 Quad Rybka 2.3.2a demolished Quad Junior 10  43.5 - 6.5, a score of 87%. A stunning result. But of course there is no doubt a stronger version of Junior in development
