Hi all,  i sent my better half out to buy a laptop for general family use and chess -) Look what my good lady came back with ohh joy, i will win all games in playchess with this beast -)
See image... a must have for all !!!!! afordable too.

Note my own ctg book it's a killer, perhaps i should rename it from rapid to in time -).

you might be in for some disappointment; most strong Playchess engine players use 4/8CPU's, which reach > 250KN/s.

Perhaps I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, but I assumed he was joking. :) The laptop is obviously not very fast, at least compared to what I use, and others with laptops (mobile CPUs) on playchess.

Hi. I know i was having a joke -) in the light of no rybka 4 yet.Thought i would have a laugh.I run on a quad core i7 950 cpu 300+ kns i have been as high as 2833 elo on playchess,com.

i wonder what the elo (human scale) of rybka at 10 kn/s is. probably still at least 2850.
