> I hope drama can be killed
?? You mean from back when they acted like complete dickheads over the Vytron/Dylan Sharp thing? Dark Horse sent me a PM yesterday asking me if I wanted to help them in the match with Highendman. I declined because there is no way I can make any difference on a team as large as they want to use in a game like that. What if one guy finds a move like Kd5 in our last game but because Harvey Williamson wants to play Rd8 the whole team votes for whatever he votes for because that is what they always do and they lose or draw the game? Has Hiarcs forum ever done anything but draw these types of team games? At least playing with you and Nat12 we can win some games every now and then :)
Yes, I mean drama at their side, as in, in a game against them I'd expect drama to appear, perhaps new drama, since small things tend to be blown up out of proportions, but I'd also like to make peace with them, life's too short to waste it being mad at others, but I never knew how to proceed so things remain the same as the last time, hopefully it will not matter.
Bobby maybe I asked you because I like your hard work and company
Thanks :) When I focus on one game I end up driving myself mad sometimes analyzing positions and I have to take breaks. I just wish I would not have missed that win we had in our last game. For right now and until Christmas I am busy playing NFL Fantasy Football so even if I wanted to I couldn't play any correspondence games or make any new opening books.
a small organized team can be deadly, of course captaining a large diverse team is a challenge :D
as you are unfortunately finding out.
not necessarily unfortunately.. its a challenge but quite satisfying if one feels one has done ones best.. in the chessgames teams there were at least 200 voting members on each team, in one game I had to sit up all night despite having work the next day explaining why one line loses in the end game despite it looking quite drawn.. turned out we did manage to convince the voters.. some times it does not quite go the way one wants but thats the fun of TEAM games :-D
btw Bobby you made a big difference to me at the HIARCS forum and it was one of the reasons I hung around there.. well thats all in the past. Nat 12 has probably msgd Vytron.. let me know the details :-D
heres to some good chess

I'm glad to see you're back, I hope you remain an active Rybka Forum member.
I started off at Hiarcs forum. I liked it there because Harvey and guys like Watchman helped me out big time with learning computer chess. Unfortunately the drama and immaturity caused by guys like Harvey and Steve made me want to leave. Dark Horse, maybe next time Vytron, Nat12 and myself team up you can join us? I don't think 4 is too big of a team, mainly because sometimes one of us is too busy to really focus on the game.
yeah, no problem let me know :) also I think I can bring something different to the party so it adds a different edge it would be a formidable team :-D
