Dadi has created a new subforum for forum member fights, so they will be hidden from normal members. Currently contains recent drama fights, all "the flip side of the flip side" threads that were considered too flipsidey for the flipside at their time and all the "Vs." threads.
If for some reason you want to read these threads join the Drama Llama group by:
Options > Groups > Tick the Drama Llama [ ] Member Box > Change
And the new subforum will be accessible to you.
Note: "I'm using this opportunity to test the open group feature. Probably we'll move the topics back to the Flip Side later :-)" ~Dadi Jonsson
EDIT - It also contains provocative replies deemed not in the style of the flipside.

How about throwing all these correspondence games in another group as the majority of us have little to do with them and they have even less to do with "General chess discussion".
We had that discussion here:

I'm aware that the big majority wants a new subforum for it, but I haven't seen a true reason to create one, at least the Drama Llama subforum gets branches moved to it now and then, a Correspondece Chess subforum would be in risk of being useless if/when we stop having these games.

I think a Correspondence Chess Subforum would be a great idea!
Even theough the conversation might be a bit /*SLOW*/.

That's old news, Dadi actually created the Correspondence Chess subforum:
http://rybkaforum.net/cgi-bin/rybkaforum/board_show.pl?bid=19
And I've to admit that I was very wrong, actually its creation brought members that joined to play games, other members created more games, and we even were challenged by FICGS to a match.
So it's creation was a great idea.
Also, moves are posted on a daily basis, it looks more like "Blitz Correspondence Chess" or something.

Agreed 100%
"Drama Llama" - now that is a truly good idea and very funny. :)
Thanks, I only proposed this as a half-joke but I'm glad that it has worked fine so far :)
Reason I like this is that I feel that many online arguments are fueled by the idea that there is an audience i.e. two guys fight and everyone else watches.
Personally I dislike censorship (moderation by deletion) as sometimes the ideas expressed are valid even if you don't personally want to watch the "fight". Having a separate section of the forum in which those that want to argue can do so without those arguments being indexed by search engines etc. seems like a great idea. It protects the idea of the forum as a sensible place for discussion as opposed to a mud wrestling pit.
Effectively you are saying "Gentlemen - take it outside!"
Being placed in a room called "Drama Llama" might also signal to those involved that their behaviour is unnacceptable, while allowing them the choice of continuing with it if that is their earnest wish.
Simple idea, but brilliant and also (most importantly) very funny. :)

"Why was my post deleted?"
"It wasn't, it was moved to Drama Llama, read this thread for access."
Is a common occurrence, since members can't be notified automatically when their posts are branch-moved I've stickied this thread.

And then I realized this thread doesn't have an actual link to the subforum. Here it is:
Drama Llama
Will appear in Forum list after group adding.

Hmmmmmm....... Free speech has truly died then.
No, it just has been relocated.
