We know plenty--we know that this site is actually quite independent from Rybka itself, but just happens to be the one that Vas et al. like to frequent and keep people informed of what goes on (of course, today's news was very surprising).

what annoys me is that that Hiarcs team thought that Vas and Larry were giving us advice on what to play.nothing could be further from the truth..

I am not sure you should assume he's going to sabotage your game. I really would have a difficult time believing that. Sincerely!!! I cannot believe that there is a connect with what I am talking about and the Rybka games.

Is there something wrong in my assumptions?

My assumptions are the following:

1)rybka gives you advice what to play.
2)Vas gave Rybka instuctions how to search.
3)Larry is involved in giving rybka instructions how to evaluate positions.

Conclusion from my assumptions:
Vas and Larry gave you advice what to play

Maybe I do not understand what game you are talking about.

I assume that you talk about the game between the rybka team and the hiarcs team.

I will be very surprised if the rybka team does not use rybka to analyze the game.
Assuming that they use rybka then it means that they use indirectly Vas and Larry.

I agree whole heartily with Uri. I wouldn't take this over the top. It risks defeating the very tenor of the issues at stake and puts the question into a category of absurdity. I would really be, even more depressed if we lost sight of this by over reacting. Vas, has a difficult time in coming to terms with his members when he does something weird. That was evident when he failed to responsibility for the screw up of Rybka distribution when it was handed over to Convekta. Felix-I'll wait and love to hear what Felix has to say.

But if you want an idea of what I am referring to go over to Hiarcs Forum where I posted a more deliberate explanation of why the Rybka GUI Team is not happy about all this since we have been working on Aquarium for at least 8 months or more.

Well, first he said that he was the one that initiated the contact with Chessie Base-at least this is what I came to understand by the dialogue that took place-I'll recheck that. But, now he explained to me that he is a fan of Aquarium and doesn't know why Vas-how can I say this diplomatically-made other arrangement with Chessie-base. Give me a moment! No, he admits to having more knowledge but is bound to silence. This whole issue is convoluted.
