How can i have an empty tree at the beginning please ?

Under menu IDeA, delete project.
Quit Aquarium. Go to the directory C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA.
Delete the folders and files associated with your project.

For example, in my case my IDeA project A01 (03-12). Larsen's Opening has the following associated files:

C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12). Larsen's Opening.ldb_data\
C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12). Larsen's Opening_discarded.ldb_data\
C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12)_discarded. Larsen's Opening.ldb_data\
C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12). Larsen's Opening.aqt
C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12). Larsen's Opening_discarded.aqt
C:\Aquarium 2018\Data\ATrees\IDeA\A01 (03-12)_discarded. Larsen's Opening.aqt

Your project may have less associated files/folders.

Delete these files and run Aquarium again. Load the game file (the one that shows on the notation pane).
Under Actions on the left pane, choose IDeA in a new linked project.
Save the game file and quit Aquarium.
Run again and you will see your new blank IDeA tree.

Many thanks but i cannot really handle this IDeA feature !
Even after removing all folders as i said in the first message, it keep in memory the name of project, the features choosen for the project and more important, the evaluations of lines are yet stocked somewhere ....
I like to remove my work when analysis are finished

Sounds like you need to delete the project xml file.  I don't remember where it is stored, but this is how I find it.  Go to the Aquarium data folder, the main path not one of the sub-folders, and do a Windows search from that point for the name of the project, it should bring up some stuff, look for the file with the xml extension.  It should look like this: "This Project.xml" or something like that.  Where you would replace "This Project" with the name you gave the tree.  I think it is in a special sub-folder for "IDeA\Projects", but if you search it will find it.

Once the search locates it, you can actually delete it from the search results.  At least that is how I always do it.  No need to actually go find it manually.

Warning: once you delete the xml file, Aquarium will no longer be able to "see" the project, and all totals of time/counts/etc will be gone.  So if you delete the wrong file, that is pretty much hard to recover from...

When i said in first message i removed all things in Data/IDeA/Projects, it was the xml file BUT when i create a new project with the same position, the datas are not lost !!!

I am not sure where they are coming from... when I do it myself, I add a number to the name: "Project" becomes "Project 2", etc.  I never noticed whether it worked or not without the number.

I have done this many times and it really works.
I don't need to delete the xml file.

You must have missed the 1st step.
Have you deleted the IDeA project (step 1) from within the IDeA menu (top ribbon)? This is not an actual deletion of files outside of Aquarium.

A short-cut is to change the IDeA project name, ie. start with a brand new IDeA tree with a different name.
But this leaves files no longer being used lying around in your folders.

The entire project, you can remove yourself by deleting the files of this project
the following locations:
Data\ATrees\IDeA\4 project file
Data\IDeA\Projects\project file
Data\IDeA\Results\project file

Don't work !
I think it is because Aquarium keep all evaluations and depth in memory ?
So, when i put the same position, even after removing all datas about IDeA project, i find again the evaluations and depth in the tree immediately because this position was already evaluated ???

Are you perhaps talking about the IA tree? Or are you not closing Aquarium before you attempt to delete the files? Viktor's recommendation is definitely sound!

I can not understand why do we have empty trees without assessments? The whole point of the IDeA in addition to analysis of positions in the construction and expansion of trees. If you don't need evaluation of the IA can delete the contents in the Aquarium\Data\ATrees\
files:
infinite_analysis.ldb_data
infinite_analysis$1.ldb_data
Continuing the work (analysis) in the project we update and Refine estimates.

Many thanks to everybody !
It work with your last idea Viktor;-)
However, i am very disapointed by the small number of variations at the root, even with tree at 100% ???
Perhaps, i have to wait a long time before this number ( at the root ! ) increase ?
It is another subject sorry....
Kind regards

Note: I solved partially by increasing number of engine Multi PV and put tree shape=wider ! With that, i have the same number of variations as choosen in engine multi PV , except the fact it seem i am limited to 5 variations at the root ???
