?
The whole mate on g2 plan was a bit worrying to me, I should have looked at Rxe5 a little deeper I guess.
Anyway, I hope you are well sir!
I'm pretty sure that 31. Rxe5 Nf4 32. f3 Qf6 is winning for black.
Vas
if after 31. Rxe5 Nf4 32. f3 Qf6 33. Ree2 Nxe2+ 34. Rxe2 f4!?
wins.

FWIW - black should be in no hurry to play 34. .. f4 and give white the e4 square. He can play simply 34. .. Rge8 as in Nick's line, or a bit more ambitiously with 34. .. Rd6 followed by 35. .. h5 and 36. .. h4.
Vas
34 .... f4 would be more likely, regardless of giving to white
e4 square.
I think the computers have changed certain concepts in chess and
other activities. Some moves that before seemed to be strategically
bad, today are played if examined in greater depth with the help of
programs.
One thing is sure, a person with more knowledge, are more likely
to take advantage of the programs in any activity. You have more knowledge
about chess than I do, which means that the probality that you're right
is much bigger than me, because I am a weak player, my single advantage is
the patience to analyze positions for hours.
Thank you for the answer.

P.S. after getting your email to join Hiarcs team I just couldn't resist to offer my Mephisto Touch Screen Travel.
It's the crappiest thing I ever had. Under normal light it's very hard to recognize if a piece belongs to yourself or to the oppo, only in direct sunlight that gets better. And you can't capture pieces on G7 and the adjacent fields, as these sensors don't work properly. To compensate this, I put it on the lowest playing level where it tries to give away pieces ;) . It beeps when you try to capture your own pieces, so this can't happen ;) I doubt if it's worth the batteries that I put in.
1.You are very close to rybka team, in fact i have a feeling your a rybka team yourself.
2.It is crystal clear that is not iweta that is playing, and i know that you know the truth so stop pretending like your talking to some fools here.
3.There are I think atleast 3 (or more) entries of accounts that is rybka team, and one of your goal is to have atleast one account guaranteed at top spot.
4.By this you give Vas 70% chance more of making it, kaufman already done his job at the first part by having another intended lose and jeroen(gamgee) not losing but drawing (obvious reason, so that the cheat wont be that obvious ie Rybusia winning all suspected rybka team accounts)
5.You made it yourself, why are you posting this kind of game with your comments when the freestyle is not yet over (usually players comment after freestyle, this is like telling your possible opponents how you play your game), weird. It looks to me that your trying to hide something, well the truth looks clear to me that this is clearly fouled and I believe this game is a lie.
u writing sound like..If nick won on this game u will write like this also
btw this is race and call freestyle...if u can whatever u do all doable....(cheatable)
u can also try next freestyle tour with alot of account entry...(IMHO..not easy to get through final round )
another thing is...everybody like title and money...:-P
i not saying nick support to Iweta..lol
> Since when do you have learned to do good alibis and lies?
Thanks.
> From my point of view this game looks fouled and it is entirely a big lie, that is you intended to lose.
You're entitled to your opinion but you are wrong.
> 1.You are very close to rybka team, in fact i have a feeling your a rybka team yourself.
No, you can read who is on the Rybka team here -> http://www.rybkachess.com/index.php?auswahl=Rybka+team
> 2.It is crystal clear that is not iweta that is playing, and i know that you know the truth so stop pretending like your talking to some fools here.
It's "you're" not your, and yes we all know that Rybusia will use the full power of her resources to try to win.

As far as I know everything is being played "above board". Believe or it not the Rybka team are honourable men and women. Do you really that think that Larry or I wanted to lose? Life is too short pal.

I posted the game so that people could have a laugh and see how tough this kind of event is. As far as I know chess players give press conferences rigtht after games, I saw Topa do it when he played the Nxf7 sac.
I'm sorry you think the way you do, but remember life really is short (30,000 days if you are lucky) - it's not good to spend them in some kind of paranoid psychosis. Relax and have some fun. You're way out of line on this. 'Nuff said.
No! But Larry loses much more beautiful than you :-). It was a thriller.

Well why does someone else have private rybka that is not mentioned in your link. And vas said that he does not use his hardware but borrowed to some guy named lukas, who also got private rybka. FWIW, if you got a private rybka you are considered a beta tester hence part of the rybka team. And I have strong feeling too you have rybka private version as I have reviewed your games on playchess played on your 'seven of 9' account and definitely not 2.3.2a moves.
I won't anymore argue with you in other things as it is useless and you are spreading misinformation.
Actually, anyone, such as yourself, who is suggesting that a well-known fighter in the Freestyle finals is intentionally losing is the one spreading misinformation. Since you're guilty of that, anything you say about this has no relevance.
Please, make this offer to all of us!
Beaten by a girl who is playing a human tourney at the same time???Just wonder how that is possible??
Any explanations or another bunch of lies to add too....
Suj
I think it contained this rule
(4) It is not allowed to play the tournament with more than one account (nick name,
handle, virtual identity etc). The tournament director is authorized to check and to trace
back the players’ IP-addresses. It is not allowed that more than one player log-in to the
server with the same IP-address. A violation of this rule will lead to an immediate
disqualification of all affected accounts.
Anyway 2 nicks from same ips aint allowed is it....
Suj
That said, Harvey has a point. It is not strictly within the rules in this tournament for Vas to step in for Iweta using the same IP address, and just because they are married, they aren't the same player. "Flesh of my flesh, blood of my blood" doesn't apply to Freestyle. Our team, which has employed multiple nicks in the past with some success, refrained from that practice in this tournament because it was clearly not within the spirit of the new rules that had been enacted, never mind that a devious team could circumvent the letter of the rules by employing multiple IPs and swapping players behind the scenes. So I have to wonder exactly who has been behind Rybusia all along, from qualifiers to finals, just to clear the air. Certainly the rules apply to the Rajlich team as much as to anyone else.
This could be very tricky for Arno to navigate fairly.
It is a fact though that at least one user was stopped from entering with 2 nicks so a precident has been set.
just like me btw
No, definitely not--at least, she is clearly "not out". I'll restate the rule as Harvey has just stated:
(4) It is not allowed to play the tournament with more than one account (nick name,
handle, virtual identity etc). The tournament director is authorized to check and to trace
back the players’ IP-addresses. It is not allowed that more than one player log-in to the
server with the same IP-address. A violation of this rule will lead to an immediate
disqualification of all affected accounts.
Right now, there are only ten accounts in the tournament. They are all from separate IP addresses. Anyone can join the team of one of these 10 accounts (and even be the primary user), including Vas.
> They are all from separate IP addresses.
From what I have read here this seems to be correct. Those that refer to the rule ("It is not allowed that more than one player log-in to the server with the same IP-address") have not clearly stated how it was broken, so we can only guess. I can see two possibilities:
1) They are saying that in the finals the Rybusia account connected from the same IP as Rajlich did in the preliminaries or
2) Rajlich was logged on during the finals when Rybusia was also connected.
I think 2) must be what they are referring to (I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong). Reading the first sentence of (4) it seems clear to me that the purpose of the IP-rule (which technically doesn't really make much sense) is to be prevent the same player from using two accounts to increase his chances of winning. If 2) is actually what happened, I don't see how that by itself increased Rybusia's chances of winning the finals.
It is also clear that whatever was seen as going against the IP-rule was known to the sysop(s) and tournament director(s) before the tournament was over. The rule says that "A violation of this rule will lead to an immediate disqualification". If they really saw someone breaking the rule (as it was meant to be applied) they should have immediately disqualified Rybusia. That wasn't done.
An interesting question is if Rajlich and Rybusia connected from the same IP in the preliminaries. If they were both playing from home that is very likely. If that was allowed, then I don't see what the problem is now.
