i spend a lot of time doing AN in my opponents clock time,it is not often i am suprised by a move.

This looks like it's heading into what I call "engine stall". The engines don't know what to do, so they start shuffling.

Games decided on time are random. It means that if this game is decided on time, and I was paired against DazzleKnight2010 this round, that I'd also have won on time.
The moves on the board would become meaningless.
I hope that punishments are added for players flagging on time for next season: if you don't know if you will manage to finish your games in a given round, please don't play.

if one player losse on time,is as easy as delete him from playing the rest of the tournament,meaning that if he withdrawed one game,he is 'kicked' (sorry,i cant explain better) from playing the rest of the tournament,so the player wont be able to losse on time a second game

if one player losses on time,he wont be allowed to play again in the tournament...but there is one problem:just imagine one player called ''Schachtroffy'',that he is banned,and he register again in the forum with a new account named ''Letina Anvros'',and lets say that guy register again in the new tournament under a nick named ''lrodigy'' (all the coincidences are pure coincidence),so even if you kick the player from the tournament(and even ban the guy from the forum),what stop that guy from register a new account using a proxy to play the next tournament?easy answer:nothing
as i stated,i think a lot of that problems can be solved if the forum dont allow people to register/log the forum using proxies/anonim servers
