Due to many requests/questions (i receive a lot of mails about wishes participating in SCCT) i decided to post here too

SCCT Super League Main Rule:
-SCCT is not open for all, only the current Qualified Top 20 Books will be participated
-Others or different books will be not allowed
-New Incomers are needed to be qualified fom Testo Book Leagues

Btw,for new Incomers, who now want to participate in SCCT:
What a pitty that it seems they missed this chance...a few days ago there was a such qualify event by Guido M.(Testo League)

Many thanks for your interest about SCCT

Best,
Sedat
Parent - - By Sedat Canbaz (****) [tr] Date 2012-04-24 23:08
Note:Unfortunately so far no any registration by Audy Arandela

The previous version ''TopTier'' is a polyglot book format
And due to SCCT 2012's rules:Polyglot books will be not not allowed in the SCCT

In other words, the opening book of the 4th ranking of Testo Second League will be participated

I hope very soon Babban will send me a updated new book version

Thank you for your understanding,
Sedat

Hello Gideon,

Yes...both books are probably strong, but as i mentioned before SCCT is not open for all,its based on only Top 20 qualified participants

For example, here is the 1st qualified tour:
http://www.sedatcanbaz.com/chess/scct-ix-standings/

And any of the rest books are needed to participate in Testo Leagues,i mean to have right to play in SCCT Super League

Best,
Sedat

Unfortunately i noticed 17 games forfeits on time under i7 970 machine, still not clear what can be the reason

Normally i have played thousands of games in Auto232 mode on this machine and so far there is no any single game by time forfeit by Houdini 2.0c

But however,14 games will be replayed in the end of the tournament (3 games will be left, because the winner is clear)

A truly remarkable white performance of 81% from JapanTopTeam and their 52% with black is not too shabby either.  The only position of the top 10 places that is not in dispute is the first position!

Thanks Sedat for running this tournament using your time and electrical energy (both mental and from the power socket) and of course for providing the games.

Best regards,
Nick

Sedat Hi,

Based on Guido.M / Second League II
http://testochess.npage.de/second-league.html

Hello Gideon,

Top.tg was picked instead of Samuca/Defiant books, which are qualified from Testo League I:
http://i45.servimg.com/u/f45/14/55/64/24/2011-118.jpg

And here is the original message by the Top's Author (Alfred Rulani) on RebornSe forum:

last testo i was 24 because i dont put line (PATCH) in book i send to late
thats why i played blank book .......thats why i come 24

In other words, the current played version is different than previous one

Best,
Sedat

JTT's performance, studied closely, reveals total mastery.  The median book-exit evaluations achieved are amazing and not coincidental.  They are the result of a clear conceptual principles and hard work.  The main thing: if you know what your opponent is going to do in a given position it is relatively easy to find ways to bury him in many variations.  That is essentially what JTT has done.  But I am sure there are other secrets as well involving how to build the book in the first place.
