Basis of FSF case:

* Rybka has wholesale coped the Fruit 2.1 source code, in particular using six degree of freedom removed tables known as PST and using almost nearly just about identical when abstracted unique and hitherto unknown "mobility" calculations against our licence.
* Use of greater than or equal to 0.0 (a float) was decisive.
* Well known expert witness, Ass. Prof. Hyatt to be technical lead (Hyatt technical evidence and devastating commentary to be revealed when new high capacity hard drives arrive in 2019)
* FSF have agreed to share substantial portions of damages with unnamed, unregistered third party.
