Plan A was taking my King to a safe place and carrying all my power attack to King side taking advantage of opening lines in front of white's king and preparing nice roads to transfer remaining pieces one flank to another  IMO It is true black managed to have some static advantages, but I reached the conclusion I could not convert them into useful ones to go for the game unless White blundered, what it did not happen.

I totally agree that some of Blacks pawn breaks were suboptimal, I did it deliberately, always in the same range of drawish window, my intention being to steal several days to White and take some advantage in the clock. Not only I failed with this plan, but also was white to take the upper hand in the clock. I thought that some of my moves were going to be 2 or 3 days for White's clock but I was obviously wrong.

I am now fighting with plan C, which is probably the best one and the toughest one to play for White.
