Word has been pass on to Dadi about the problem, between Garvin and Dadi. This should be fixed soon. Like in the next 3 to 4 hours most likely.

i lost approx 12 hours when server was down, i wanted to play 30.Rac1 against Matt at 2115 GMT last night but had to wait till this morning now it may make little difference to me but it could affect some games although it could be some time before we find out.

agree...i want play against Sebi last night,and i couldnt,so i never be able to make my move until that evening,when i had acces to my computer against,so i lost more than 12 hours

the other time was down for about 12 hours,but i think Dadi gave us a bonus of 12 hours to our clock (i never check it the hours of my remaining time,but im sure he did it because other players saw that added time)

It is likely to be unavailable for a few hours as Dadi lives in Iceland and so it is middle of the night there. So a few more hours I think. Check back in 6 hours would be a good estimate.

This will be sorted out in time by the designers and everyone will receive time back as compensation. So just be patient.

Please do keep reporting in when xfccplay is down so we can accurately record how long it is down for and how much time to give back.

As Uly pointed out, you can connect by changing the server address in XfccPlay:

1) Options > Server Options > Edit

2) Paste http://server.chessok.com:9002/soap/XfccBasic into the Server address field and click OK.

Uly has never had any problems with downtime when using this server.
