Asimismo, estoy dispuesto a hacer gestiones en Ficgs, y en todo lugar vinculado al ajedrez para que adopten medidas similares. Publicaría en mi blog lo sucedido, y esperando que todos los que tengan uno, hagan lo propio. Es necesario mudar este hilo a la parte principal del foro para que todos los foristas se enteren, y con un título bien claro y atrayente. Mencionar a este sujeto no sólo con su nick, sino con nombre y apellido, así como también hacer públicos su dirección de email, numéro telefónico, domicilio postal completo, y cualquier otro dato que nos permita ubicarlo y/o reconocerlo en otros ámbitos.
En segundo término, pienso que sería interesante que alguien tomara las riendas de la conducción organizativa y política de este torneo, para reeditarlo todos los años.
Luego, quiero felicitar enfáticamente a Pablo (National12) por sus grandes gestos filántropos, que sin duda, desnudan su don de buena gente, le envío mi solidaridad ante semejante estafa, y como todo en la vida, hay que capitalizar esta mala experiencia, para que otros timadores no se abusen.
Por último, he recibido el premio en efectivo en mi cuenta de Paypal procedente de Lukas, no tengo claro quién es el capitalista aquí, pero agradecerle también su gesto.

Paul (NATIONAL12),le envio el dinero a Jimmy para que pagase,al menos en parte,a los ganadores del torneo del WBCCC 1,y Jimmy se gasto el dinero,y no pago a los ganadores,asi de simple
luego Paul envio dinero para que Jimmy se comprase un ordenador porque se le habia roto (o no funcionaba bien,lo que sea),y Jimmy nunca se compro dicho ordenador

let me clarify a couple of points.
I just want Jimmy removed as a moderator and removed from WBCCC 2012,beyond that i dont really care.
I sent Jimmy some money to buy a computer as it appeared he was having great difficulty keeping his 1 core machine operating
i assumed he bought something but he never told me what,that was a bit strange in itself however he never complained about his computer after this
so i more or less forgot about it.However recent events have made me rethink after Jimmy's poor play.
Barnard with a very old 2 core machine is playing brilliant chess and has proved it in games against me in Corr thread and made me modify my opinions on a couple of unusual openings i was thinking about playing.
if Jimmy bought a new computer with money i sent him it would be much superior to Barnards computer yet Jimmy manages to loose quite a lot.
hope this clarifies things.

That's not true, Jimmy. Look, there is a simple lesson in all this. You are only as good as your reputation, and if you lose that, you've lost everything. Thus there is nothing more worth protecting than your own integrity.
What you apparently did was a financial crime called "conversion". You took money for one purpose and used it for another that served your own private interests. If that is what happened then it is true nothing can expunge what you did, but you can go a long way towards getting back in good graces by admitting, in public, exactly what happened and why, acknowledging that you did wrong, and taking some action to make things right for all the injured parties no matter how difficult it is for you personally or how long it may take. With petty financial crimes, as opposed to other types of crimes, you have the opportunity to pay people back what they are owed. In my view that's the least you could do. And if you can't pay immediately then the correct procedure is to sign a legal note to each person you owe money indicating your indebtedness.

I did say I was out of the tournament. But it should be known its not up to Paul if I'm to give up my mods rights. And I have a feeling this goes back to the last thing that happen here in the fairplay thread. Well what Barand was talking about had 0 to do with the fairplay and the direction of the thread was going down hill. I moved stuff more or less of the same noise and didn't get as much fire as I have now. But to get back to the point. Its up to the current mods if I'm to be removed and if that is there choosing then so be it I would accept that.
