No engine so far realizes White is winning in this simple position, Houdini after several minutes shows -5.98.
Rather than claiming 3300 Elo strength, maybe engine programmers should sometimes focus on writing algorithms about piece activity...
These positions don't happen on real games so it would be a waste of time to have any code for them.
Actually they do a lot of times, in milder forms:
Eddy-Silman 1993
Black is winning, White's Bishop is helpless behind his own pawns awainting his doom, every human player understands, still engines give only a small advantage to Black (Houdini --> -0.63) after 10 moves or so it jumps to -6.00...

8/8/4k3/pp3p1p/4p1pP/Pb2P1P1/1P1KP1B1/8 b - - 0 10
That's a valid example, unlike the first one.
Hiarcs shows a clear advantage of black from the first minutes of analizing, without input any move
I am not sure if I can post using Rybka and Houdini, just delete post if I cannot use Rybka or Houdini.
