I usually run chess program tournaments in the 40/20 (40 moves in 20 minutes repeating) format.  But, I was wondering if there was a blitz time control..eg  30 minutes a game, 40, 45, 60 etc, with or without time increments,  that would perform the same quality output as the 40/20?
