what i meant is that i am going to use my money to create a system better then rybka and i have a 2800 elo and climbing as an added advantage.

Not really a clarification but a repetition. I am sure that clarification by repetition, assuming that the other person heard you, is logically flawed regardless of originating language.

The question is, you say you are going to create a 'system' better than rybka. Do you mean build a computer? Or program an engine? Both?

Also you say that you 'have a 2800 elo and climbing', do you mean fide? ICC? Playchess?
