I can't seem to stop rybka from doing a 3 move rep in Chess Partner 6.0 any help?

Rybka will do that if she thinks that the alternatives are worse, I suggest raising the contempt (but she will lose more often.)

it does it all the time i have contempt at 200

Then maybe contempt is set too high, it hasn't been tested much for contempt >90 AFAIK, so it may break things.

Also, try posting the offending games.
