Now is too soon for talk about Rybka 3. :-)
But, It will be a hot topic in the next months. Perhaps, Vas can give us an advance about what points in special, he will try to improve in Rybka. That would be pleasant.

Something tells me they have their hands full for a few days right now :-)
Not everybody can have their way, though, even if the major version number is bumped. I mean, I seriously doubt Rybka 3 is going to come with Linux support (including huge pages), PDA support, Chess960 support, integrated opening book, full scalability up to 32 cores (including NUMA support for the Opteron users), a flashy new GUI making a sub-1000 rating to a GM within days and +200 ELO all in the same version :-P
